Why did the chickens cross the road? To get to the Artisan Tea Bar, of course. Through May, several of Cindy-Wynne Kolding’s paintings are happily perched on a wall there. Come by and say hi to the sassy chicks and to Phong. He is the owner and creative chef behind all the ridiculously good tea, beverage and food offerings.
