Application Process – Sell Your Work at Arts Off Main
Are you a local artist or artisan interested in showcasing and selling your work at Arts Off Main Gallery in Vancouver? We welcome submissions from artists of all backgrounds — emerging or established — working in a wide variety of mediums.
To apply, simply complete and submit our Member Application Form. All submissions are reviewed by our artist partners based on the gallery’s current retail needs and the quality of the work. Successful applicants will be added to our pre-approved waitlist for future consignment opportunities.

Arts Off Main Consignment Agreement – FAQ
1. Who sets the retail price of the artwork?
The artist sets the retail price for each piece.
2. What percentage does Arts Off Main take from each sale?
The artist receives 60%. AOM retains 40% of the retail price.
3. Is all submitted artwork accepted?
No. All work is juried by the AOM partners. Acceptance is based on both retail needs and the quality of the work.
4. How long does the consignment agreement last?
The agreement is valid for a specified term. At the end of the term:

You will be notified and must pick up or arrange shipping within 30 days. If not collected within that time, the artwork will be donated to charity.
6. Is my artwork insured while on display?
No. AOM does not provide insurance. While they have a monitored security system and take great care, artists are responsible for insuring their own work.
7. When do artists get paid for sold work?
Artists are paid at the end of each month (or end of the consignment period). Cheques are mailed within the first 5 days of the following month.
8. How do I get paid?
E-transfers are sent out to our artist once every month.

If you are a local artist with high quality fine art or handcrafted products for sale, Arts Off Main would like to hear from you. We jury new artwork to sell on consignment through-out the year. If your art or products are a good fit for our gallery, we'll be in touch! Just send us an email with your name, address, medium and a link to your website. If you don't have a website, please include three jpegs of your work.

- If your work is not retained, you will be notified by phone or email.
